The chalet we stayed in was clean, modernized, and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was provided and all facilities were functional. the shower and toilet were in good working order, which is not always the case in this type of accommodation. the location was perfect – close enough to the main entertainment area of Hemsby, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The cleaning wasn't up to par. I had to clean everything myself.

I recently stayed at a delightful chalet in a great location. The owner were extremely accommodating and the chalet itself was top-notch, truly luxurious. The site was well-organized, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. There were plenty of cafes, takeaways, shops, and pubs within walking distance. I can't emphasize enough how perfect this place is. We will definitely be back!

The location was absolutely amazing, just a stone's throw away from the fair, shops, and a beautiful grassy area perfect for kids to play on scooters. The chalet itself was stunning, sleek, and clean with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it's just a stone's throw away from the fair, shops, and other amenities. Plus, the hotel is situated in a safe and enclosed area, perfect for kids to play and roam around. Car parking is also conveniently close. The chalet itself was clean and modern, with a lovely interior design. The welcome pack provided us with lots of useful information about the chalet and things to do in the local area.

I have to mention that the cleanliness of the chalet was a bit disappointing. all the surfaces were smeared and looked like they had only been given a quick wipe.

This place is a comfortable base for exploring the area, with a fabulous and excellent location just a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, nestled near Cross.

The location of this place was great! It was within walking distance to the beach and there were plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. One of the best things about it was that it had a lovely clean and modern chalet. Everything was provided and the kitchen was well equipped. The clubhouse on site was also a few minutes walk and had entertainment most nights. It was a clean and tidy holiday park and felt safe to walk around at night.

There were a few things that could have been better. the toilet seat was loose which was a bit of an issue.

I had a comfortable 4-night stay at this place, the rooms were nice in the double bedroom I stayed in.

The location of our recent stay was perfect, just a short distance from all the attractions and shops. We loved the peacefulness of the big rectangle where the chalet was located, especially for the kids to play safely. The cleanliness of the modern chalet impressed us, and the welcome pack provided us with loads of helpful information. The park itself was well-maintained, and the bar staff did an excellent job providing table service during these challenging times. we had a lovely weekend getaway.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues with the chalet. The cooking pans were insufficient, and some of the bedroom lamps were dusty.
